October, 2009 -- Jo's new album "Love Going South" is currently #2 album on the Freeform American Roots chart and #12 on the Roots Music Review chart, the two most noted international American roots music charts. "Love Going South" is available at this web site and at CDBaby.com, digistation.com, iTunes and soon to be available at Amazon.com and emusic.com. The Detroit CD release show will be at the Cadieux Cafe on Friday, October 16 (see tour page). The album has already been featured on Dave Marsh's Sirius Satellite Radio show, "Kick Out the Jams." Jo is also starting a new project with songwriter Jen Sygit called Stella! named after her baby girl. Their album was recorded in New York City and is being produced by Adam Druckman and by Larry Eagle of the Bruce Springsteen Seeger Sessions. Look for "Sorry, Stella" in early 2010.
